Productive happiness is a harmonious culmination of mastery, meaning, and autonomy. Ultimately, these feelings and the skills that inform them describe our ability to influence the world around us. Using Rothstein’s A x4 design framework, we can unpack how we manifest said influence and identify key indicators to gauge happiness or lack thereof and achieve a more actionable stance in pursuit of happiness for both individually and collectively.
