This session will provide graphical tools that you can start using immediately to help your product teams accelerate both innovation and time-to-market. These tools can be applied to organizations of all sizes – from start up to large global organizations – and will be applied to relevant case studies.
This will be a highly interactive session where you will learn how to apply the following graphical tools:
- Making Better Decisions Faster: Management’s role in accelerating innovation and time-to-market
- Applying “Just Right” processes: Optimizing process within your organization
- The Innovation Framework: Poising teams for success
- Creating Effective Teams: Time is gained or lost at the team level
- Eliminating Political Roadblocks: They slow teams and hinder innovation
